• ABI diagnosis by sitting:
• Advanced tecology in the world allows patients accept ABI diagnosis when sitting. Clinical trials have shown that this feature makes people with mobility problems can accept ABI diagnosis easily.

• The easiest and most effective way to diagnose PAD is to perform an ankle-brachial ratio (ABI) examinations. ABI is the ratio of ankle artery contraction pressure and the upper arm artery systolic blood pressure, it is a convenient and noninvasive examination method. ABI check can be supine or
  sitting under the seat. The study of segmental pressure has many advantages in locating PAD patients with lower limb blood flow.

• PVR mode:PVR is another way to obtain arterial waveforms. It is small fluctuations through the body cuff inflatable to observe the limb blood volume with heartbeat. The sensitivity of Doppler examination is affected by arterial calcification,Therefore, when encountered in some patients with limb arterial calcification is very obvious and can not be compressed,like  patients with diabetes and kidney disease, PVR can be used as an option to obtain arterial waveforms.
• Chapter 1 PPG mode:Arterial PPG examination is another effective method for examining changes in arterial blood flow. For calcification caused by limb arteries can not be compressed, through the toe cuff and PPG, you can easily get the toe blood pressure. The ratio of toe blood pressure and upper arm blood pressure is TBI ratio. TBI is an important indicator of clinical judgment of PAD. In addition, PPG also very useful when examining lower extremity arterial pedicle pressure.
