COLD USE:
Freeze for at least 2 hours or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved.
Do not apply directly onto skin (use a towel). Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time.
HOT USE:
Microwave for 15 seconds, making sure the weight inside is evenly distributed.
Carefully check the temperature and continue heating in 5 second intervals as needed.
Do not leave unattended while heating. Overheating may cause damage or destroy the product.
